Moshi Monsters - Katsuma cake
I made this for my oldest daughter for her 8th birthday. She really likes moshi monsters and chose Katsuma for her cake. The hardest part of making this cake was getting the colours right! Overall it was a great cake to make and Ellie loved it!
Cinderella cake
I made this for my 5 year old daughter who loves everything 'Cinderella'. I used a special dome cake tin to create the dress and used a doll pick (unfortunately could only get one with brown eyes not blue like Cinderella!!) I found it surprisingly difficult to ice (Doesn't help that I was doing it 1 am in the morning). Anyhow Evelyn loved it!

Wedding cake - hearts
This is a simple one tier wedding cake. It is a traditional fruit cake with marzipan and covered in white sugarpaste. I painted the small hearts with silver and found a heart decoration that would be the centre piece. Overall an elegant cake!

Cinderella Princess Castle
I made this castle cake for my daughters 5th birthday. The bottom layer is chocolate sponge, the top is madeira cake. The towers are made of gelatin icing. The figurine is based on cinderella. As you can see it has lots of girly glitter!
Blackberry mobile
I was asked to make this for a teacher's daughter at my children's school. It was a replica of her own phone, glitter and all!!!! It was was quite tricky due to the intricate detail, but well worth the effort!

Flamenco dancer cake
I used a special cake doll ( with no legs) which was bought from a sugarcraft shop. Usually I would make the upper part of the body myself out of sugarpaste, but decided on this method as I needed to make the cake quickly! I was very happy with the results!
Dinosaur skeleton cake
I baked this cake for a friends son, he's really into dinosaurs! Surprisingly it was relatively easy to make, and tasted great!
