My first corporate cake for Z Hotels for the 1st anniversary of their Victoria Hotel.    I made two lots of stacked cakes, which were ordered for the staff. I handmade the decorations myself (still have lots left over!).
 I have to say the Z management were lovely and really treat their staff fantastically - I want a job there!!!
