A swimming pool cake for my daughter's swimming pool party - featuring 'Ellie' in the pool.  I really love the colours in the decoration - so did Ellie. :0)

Beach babe cake

Again another cake that was fun to make - although the palm trees gave me abit of a headache (not enough drying time)  For the sand I used brown sugar which was very effective!

40th Birthday cake - Male

This was a fun cake to make.  Rak's mum asked for his favourite things to be included - beer, tabacco and books!  I added my own little touches on the books, such as 'being 40', 'life after 40' to highlight this important milestone.

Moshi Monster cake -

A Moshi Monster cake with Poppet, Katsuma, Fang, Oddie, Jeepers and Iggy.  Probably one of the most time consuming cakes that I have made!

Super Mario Birthday Cake

I made this cake for a client, the character was easy to make - the hardest part was getting Mario's mustache right!

My first corporate cake for Z Hotels for the 1st anniversary of their Victoria Hotel.    I made two lots of stacked cakes, which were ordered for the staff. I handmade the decorations myself (still have lots left over!).
 I have to say the Z management were lovely and really treat their staff fantastically - I want a job there!!!

Racing track cake

I made this cake for a friend's son who was taking some friends go-karting for his birthday.  I really enjoyed making this cake, it was relatively easy but fun to do.
